Rwandese Diaspora with "Knowlegde Transfer.

  • WHY KNOWLEGDE TRANSFER?

The economic growth accentuated the dependence of capital mobility, faster communication and international movement of people and goods, helping global globalization and global economy. The spectacular growth of international economy in recent years has affected society changes, lifestyle and allows access to raw materials.

At this moment is Africa, known as the 3rd world far away from this potential development and plays a very minor role in the global economy. Africa is rich in resources but has no major companies for raw materials in finish products. These commodities are exported to rich countries to lower prices and the African people benefit little from these materials.

The small entrepreneurs, the existing small and medium businesses do not have enough skilled managers or management and have difficulty competing with the Europeans countries on the market because they have not properly oriented model. The business is conducted on an individual or family-scale farms. These have no known structure or training to learn about new market opportunities and efficient investing.

On the contrary, in the Europeans countries is to note that there are many migrants (Diaspora), well educated and worked for famous and big companies with large knowledge and experience. These migrants can be a major player in their country of origin in the context of 'Knowledge and transfer in the spirit of "Migration and Development'.

Importantly, these migrants to mobilize, if necessary awareness training with the aim to turn in their own countries and to support people in the context of investing, entrepreneurship and management of private investment not only send money as it is today.
